Ben's Free Verse about Hampton Court

Ben is studying different types of poetry this quarter. He had to write some free verse and wrote the following about Hampton Court. We visited there on our trip to London. You never know what sticks in their heads and what effects them strongly.

A hummingbird hovers, it sounds like a bee
but the sparrow sings grandest,
with a sing-song rhythmic beat.
Gardens of beauty roses, daffodils, and pansies lie near the gorgeous statues.
Odd orange flowers lie here and there, they remind me of tikis.

Words cannot explain the elegant beauty of these gardens.
Swans float waiting for tourists to feed them.

I'm in the formal gardens at Hampton Court Palace.
