2006 Summer Vacation

This year we went to Pagossa Springs, Colorado for our 4th of July vacation. As usual, I did not take nearly enough pictures to capture even a fraction of what we did. And my camera doesn't take good pictures in anything other then a bright outside day... and it was cloudy. So enough excuses, here are the good pictures.


Our first stop was Monument Valley. Got a rare picture of the Mommy. Of course, when confrunted with one of the most beautiful places on earth, the boys spent their time throwing rocks.





Our next stop was the Four Corners. Kind of cool to stand in 4 states at the same time.





One day we took a short hike to a Waterfall that was very cool. The boys had time play in a creek.







The big event for the trip was our Train ride from Durango to Silverton. A lot of fun and some very very pretty scenery.
